It's a documentary about the origin of Heavy Metal, and about basicallly all other metal that was really popular when it was made. I think it was an amazing Documentary. It gives you a real spin on how the artists and fans feel about the music, and it's a real evolutionary film. I recommend it to anyone who listens to any sort of metal. And I recommend it even more to those of you who don't. I am not asking you to instantly like it, but I would like it if metal was more appreciated, and not treated as something evil.
