Personally, I prefer the MODs over the trainer.

The main issue I have with the trainer is the mega unit and building options. Even in Skirmish, where the trainer was supposedly developed for, when you activate either of those options the enemies start getting mega units as well. Like all their new units they produce start out mega. Took me a while to figure out why I sucked so bad at killing stuff. The only thing I use the trainer for is the unlimited Req, Power, and Faction. Those option seem to work with out any unwanted anomalies.

The cheat MOD works with the latest 2.2.x. I have only used it in the original campaign and skirmish. I have not tried it in the CR campaign yet. I don't know if the spawn items function has any of the CR items or not. I do know that it does NOT have any way to spawn Chaos units. That's about the only real let down of the MOD.

If I were smarter and had more time, I'd take a look at updating the MOD. But, alas, I am no where near the caliber of say, Caliber. Since I have no idea how hard it is to make trainers, I am defiantly NOT complaining that this one is a bit flaky. All the other trainers I've used from here work flawless. I can't imagine getting past GFWL AND Steam being the easiest thing in the world to do.

    Hope this helps.

Keep up the amazing work CH.

Achievements don't seem to be unlocking for me. I've just played for 2 hours and haven't unlocked a single achievement. Even ones I was specifically aiming for, like killing a boss with just the Commander and using ranged weapons only. Nothing seems to happen.
