Regarding the Savegame, All Hidden Packages Found..

Does anyone know where I can get a save game for the Steam version of Vice City that has all the packages found, emergency vehicle/taxi/pizza missions and rampages done? I find those a bit tedious but love the rest of the game. There is one on "The GTA Place" posted by whiteb0y as a VC Masterfile in 2007 but it doesn't work with the Steam edition.

Anyone?
