Steam, Valve's digital distribution platform, is now available on the Mac, and Valve is also porting several of their games to the Mac.
Portal is the first of the games to be released for the Mac, and on top of that, it's free! This deal is also available for PC users, meaning that if you own a computer, you can get Portal free of charge. This only lasts until May 24th, though. After that, Portal will go back to its normal price.
Congrats, Mac users can download Steam and the one game that you can play with it!

Nope. If you download it now, it's just as if you bought it. The full game, no catch. May 24th is just the deadline. So long as you get it now, it's yours forever.
