    3 because;

    They sold the game with infinite bugs to the consumers.

    It took nearly 1 year of updates to be able to play the game without crashes.

    Each update was several gigabytes.

    Many bugs still active for both nvidia and ati.

    AI was the stupidest AI I have seen in any game.

    It was a AAA title but when sold it was just an E grade game which doesn't run.

    I will never buy their games again until 1 year passes from their release date. And also I'll never preorder a game after I saw the chaos caused by this game.

    In steam forums there was a topic with 70 pages long where people wrote their opinions about this game (all bad as you can guess) and they removed the moderator, put their man as moderator to that forum prior to release of napoleon expansion. The first thing he did was deletion of that topic.

    Shortly : I don't have time for such nonsense as this game or this producers games.

    may grade 4 this game =6= (damn pressed wrong button :/ )

    Ok. But why?

    Let's start with endless lists of bugs. too many patches. Stupid AI(no mod to fix that) only few nations playable of gigantic amount of all nations. (Well actually u can play every faction as u want but u have to install some mods). I'll end with some stupid DLC for $$$(CA is stupid enough bcoz u can have those DLC units for free, just use some mods for that). AND of course cities, which they promised huge, big and beautiful. What we got insted of that? Some small, ugly, awful THING! ARgh!

    Why 6? For good music, statement and proverbs of famous historical people and quite nice graphics

    I vote 7, the game-play is fantastic. I love everything about it, it's a huge improvement from M2: TW which is a fantastic game that I still play. The melee fighting and fighting in general is just gorgeous, the campaign is great and I love how every province has towns you develope for economic and social purposes. I love the whole research trees. Everything is just a big improvement, expecially in diplomacy.

    However while there are some flaws still in game-play and campaign, nothing major. I rate it 7 because of it's difficulty to modify. I like the fact I could choose who to play as in M2: TW and Rome: TW just by modifying a file and unlocking the faction. Take Denmark for instance, I wouldn't mind playing as them. I also rated it low because of it's lack of faction unique units. I mean, you had differences between western and eastern militaries represented but pretty much all western armies look the exact same. Russia was the only one I noticed a major difference for and some country below poland where they had increased squad sizes. Take for example, Britain had highlanders right IRL? Scotish guys employed in the British military who carried claymore swords whenever the British had to get into a melee fight. They only gave more faction unique units in DLC that you had to pay for.
