This will not be good, I just hope that Nick Clegg will stop the conservatives from going out and hunting commoners while drinking fox blood still warm in their millions of expensive cars that produce massive amounts of exhausts contributing to globnal warming so they can take the money from all the poor people and keep it fro themselves or hand it out to the rich in a big money party in a solid gold house where they eat money and drink blended money while laughing at poverty and wondering why they don't just by a bigger house and a delicous swan to eat and get surprised that they have an amount of money so low they didn't know it existed because when they went to school they learned only numbers above 1000 ecause they didn't think they would need the lower numbers because they were unimportant just like anyone who isn't in charge of a giant corporation!!!!!
Yeah, I'm not a Cameron fan...

Boohoo. A small sacrifice to prevent the UK from becoming Greece in five years.
Really? You'd think all those years of plucking away colonial wealth from Africa, Asia and parts of South America would actually prevent this...
Since the conservatives are more concentrated on Britain itself and it's economy I guess it really is a small sacrifice. I mean how are you gonna buy games, when people are turning over cars and setting them on fire?
Colonies were never a money maker. All of the gold and gems the Spanish took from Mexico and Peru never came close to equaling for the enormous costs of maintaining their colonial empire.
For the most part, the British put in more than they took out on purpose. It's why India is an emerging world power and why parts of Africa have some semblance of civilization.

Sorry but controlling that large a country and population means ALOT money-wise. I really doubt the money that was taken out of India is less than the money that came in.

Dhamps is right...its true the British took plenty of gold and priceless jewels from their former colonies but they did give plenty in return too and yes u're right...they were losing more money than they were making which is y where India was concerned Churchill was in a lot of hurry to grant it independence which is y the date for transfer of power was moved up.
