Feedback, Complaints or Problems

No matter what I do I cant get my trainer to authenticate I have even created an offline key and put it into the folder where the trainer is but I keep getting the message that there is no internet connection which there is and to rebbot the trainer any help would be appreciated

Delete the trainer and download it again.
