Guys i downloaded v1.04 trainer but the problem is everytime I try to extract it or open it this comes out..

X:\Documents and Settings\Admin\My Documents\Downloads\cnc3v104plus11.zip.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.

Try again later, or contact the server administrator

I disabled eset nod (anti-virus) and windows firewall but it still keeps me from opening it

If you have an antivirus it may blocks the extracting. Disable it and try again.

Try this. Delete the ".part" extension of the file and try to extract it.
