Ok, i have been banned from xbox live for gamerscore modding. My account was not banned, i dont think. Does anyone know if I play on that account again on my new xbox will the new xbox be banned.

That sucks man. That is why you shouldnt mod your gamerscore or anything else against XBL's TOS.
