Hey guys also here is another good cheat, the trainer will telaport you to the way points. You don't even have to drive, or boat. You mark the waypoint where you want to go. Press F3, scroll down to telaporting. Then near the bottom is a option to telaport to waypoint. Boom, you are there, then telaport to the boat off sea. Keep in mind you need godmode on, because when telaported you drop from the sky. I used this and finished in 4:57, and got the 100 percent.

@thegrube : ok here is the simplest way to get pass this mission if ur using the native trainer:
just follow the boat, u dont have to shoot em, wait till they leave the boat and start running, now while ur on the heli u will be shown those goons by a bunch of red dots... press f3 to open the trainer option, go to "Mission Help".. then select "kill peds attached to valid destination marker," now with each press of a button u will kill those goons one by one... and then once they are all dead you just have to carefully land the heli, and fly the heli real slow when landing ...

to use the native trainer just copy and paste everything in ur main directory.. and press f3 in the game... if that doesnt work u might have to download a file from here:

scroll down and there are 2 links for this file, after u download it put it in ur main directory.
one more thing after i put that file in the directory, the trainer worked but "I HAD TO START THE GAME FROM THE BEGINNING," just a lil heads up..
