So, my issue is with Nero 9, installed it, hate it, uninstalled it, cleaned the registry with both Tune Up 2010 and CCleaner (both detected errors regarding Nero, a lot of them, which was my objective) but it's still hooked to some stuff on my PC.
You're going to want to make sure that any services associated with it are disabled.
Start -> Run -> msconfig
Go to the Startup tab and make sure nothing's there.
And then go to the Services tab, click to hide Microsoft services and disable any that are obviously associated with Nero.

Did you not notice the big arse blue underlined text at the bottom of the autoplay window?
And to be honest, I dont think you uninstalled correctly.
What I mean is, you probably uninstalled, and didnt bother to restart the PC and used 2 crappy registry cleaners after that. So when you did finally restart registry entries and files are missing to finish the uninstall procedure.
But click the link on the autoplay window the rest should be straight forward enough.
