im having the same exact problem

I need a saved game just after completing the folowing a car with the helo mission in TBOGT.I've tried the mission so many times and failed I've almost smashed my keyboard in disgust.They should call this piece of crap grand theft helicopter.I didn't buy this to play it as a flight simulator.

This game utilizes the XLive protection, which checks each and every aspect of the game, inclusive of its saves. So particular savegames work with only particular XLive profiles, they won't work on any other XLive Profile. So you also need to send in you XLive profile along with the saves if you want them to work for others.

I know,I have 3 other peoples Profiles on my sign in from other saved games I've got from them on some other Xlive Games.

or use Xliveless to load the save games from other users.
