i've never showered with hot water for most of my life thus far. whether its winter or summer or the monsoons..i've always bathed in niiiiiice cold water. i don't think there're any side-effects to bathing with hot-water..but not too hot i hope..if anything i think it has a fair amount of therapeutic value..for bones and stuff.

Hot water? Never! This is my mixture: Three part Cold and one part Hot. Each part represents "half knob turn".
