hi longhorn70, sorry if this is a bit behind the time, the other post says Uplay, well yes u have to open yet another account with ubisoft.com to use uplay credits through playing the game and missions to unlock the scar assault rifle, but the upgrades don't include a silencer for the rifle. as this is a game primarally of stealth i mainly used the 7/5 pistol and a silenced sub-machine gun or a silenced assault rifle for the missions. to me all the guns did the same thing. have played some of the other titles but this is the best so far, role playing game rather than 1st-3rd person shooter. rent it for a week, cost $50aus, think i'll go and buy it now.

What to get the Scar im pretty sure you get it in the Game/Champagne well i don't know what that gun under Uplay is in the weapons unless that is also a Scar but it looks like its a Heavy Machine Gun to meh ?
