Hey, Im hoping to evolve my Seadra into Kingdra, I have another DS and another game to trade it into but I dont know where to get the item you need Seadra to be holding when you trade. Anyone know where it is?

A dragon scale can be found in multiple places. You can buy one at the Pokeathlon dome on Wednesdays and Fridays, you can find one on Mt. Mortar, and they are sometimes held by wild horsea, seadra, dragonair and dratini.
