governor of Smolensk gave us an confirmed information...
that this tragedy took over 100 lifes..and there are no survivors

That's the story. Does anyone believe it? Very few do. This would mark the second time a Polish plane with important people on it crashed under suspicious circumstances and Russia decided to be all too helpful.
