Regarding the Mega Trainer 2.65.1, Instant Divine Gift Cooldowns, Inst....

im using this trainer but it does not work all the time.
only Money. it shows 99~ but when i buy items, i could not buy them?!

how to fix this?

I think you need to press F1 while in the game world, not in the loading screen, not on the character selection screen.
