So I have no idea whatsoever what my password is, and apparently one of my settings has put my NAT Type to Closed (so says MW2) and "makes it not harder for others to connect to you, but you from connecting to others" (or the other way around can't remember, I guess you have noticed I'm nervous because of this). So I want to reset it, I read something about a button in the back (I also don't have the manual), but there is only one and its the On/Off switch, is that what I need to press in order to reset it? Thanks in advance.

Most routers typically have "admin" as the default password. Also, what brand/model of router are you using? Different routers have different hardware and settings, naturally. Yea, resetting your router is simply a matter of turning it off and on.
They might say the router's off or that they've been disconnected from it, but it'll be nothing serious and you can just turn it back on with no harm done.
For example, in my particular case there are 3 computers linked to the same connection, one of them turned on. When any of the other PCs is turned on, will bring up the said above message? (If the router was turned on/off WHILE the PC was turned OFF)
