I don't want to speak about sexual fantasies but sometimes the moves and "things" they do as meditation i think has no purpose but in a naughty way!

yoga is a centuries old exercise regimen that is amongst the most difficult to do. some poses may seem naughty...but they arn't. i tried doing it..several failed attempts actually..even though i'm in pretty good shape.

Yeah I'm in very good shape I work out almost everynight and I'm thinking about joining the USMC and I still think yoga is awkwerd and hurts like so codos to anyone who dose it often

oh yes..it does hurt like hell..no doubt about it. i remember the few times i did attempt..i was hurting for several days..
