But...Cloverfield was about a bunch of people with a video camera...
My pick is Battlefield Earth (2000)--even though it's from last decade and last century the "last ten years" includes it, THIS decade still has a year left in it. Not only is it the worst of the last ten years, but it is one of the worse of all time.

I can barely remember what the hell it was about but I remember buying this movie called Skin Walkers at the video store mainly because of the awesome looking cover the dvd had, oh boy what a mistake, probably one of the bigger waste of time in terms of watching a movie in the last 10 years. I am pretty sure the movie was made in the last decade.
