For me The audio is out of sync in cutscenes and in game. I updated everything. I am using nvidia genforce 9200 and realtek audio. both have been updated. I defraged the game and verified the integrity of the game files. still doesn't work. Can some one help me out? It's making me rage.

What operating system are you running? This is relevent for some sound hardware settings we may be able to adjust. And do you know whether you have HD Audio or (standard) AC'97 audio? This will decide on what software sound options we may be able to alter.
