Yeah it always takes some time. I wished it was going sooner as well. But I believe the PWizard is the only one that post trainers. And he is a very busy fellow. And since he is a human as well, things can take a while.

There is nothing wrong with the cheathappens trainer, except for the people that downloaded the game and didn't update. (using the no-cd fix)
