1) Redownload the trainer, suppose there was a network problem, and there was a case of an incomplete download.
2) As PWizard said, it should also be an issue of you Antivirus, which may be blocking it when the trainer was being downloaded. Disable it for a moment, and then add the trainer to its exceptions list so it doesn't throw in false alarms later on...

I find myself having to right-click on the trainer and choose "extract here" and then copy the trainer to the folder i want it to be in. double clicking and choosing the path to extract it to wont work for me. Oh and i use winrar
