1. This is our house.

You are our guests. Just like it would be if you were visiting our house in person, we will do our best to make it a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. This is, however, a private site; we are not funded by the government. This means that we are not required to observe anyone's notion of "Freedom of Speech" nor are we to observe equal fairness. We do set standards on what is acceptable and not and try to accommodate everyone in a respectful manner. We do have our limits, if we don't like you, we ban you. If we're really ****ed off, we IP ban you and prevent your access even as a guest. This is our house, you have been warned.

Been there for quite sometime. I don't know what your grudge is towards him nor do I really care. If you don't like him being a mod well you're going to have to live with it. If things start getting ugly I'm going to start becoming a harsh moderator again.

Really? How did I not see that? I think we all
know what my decision is.

Perhaps he will be a better mod than the rest, seeing as they like to play sides in arguments.

But nothing against HG, I have helped him here and there and not had a bad word with him, but a Mod? Sorry HG, this is just my feelings mate.

No one needs to get up in arms over this.

You agree, and think it's a good decision? Fine. You disagree and think someone else would be better? That's fine too.

Here's the thing. There will always be people who disagree with any decision. As long as said people don't make a mess over it, there is no problem. So keep it that way.

Whenever I'm gone for a few days, there's always this kind of thing happened. It's really showing up a pattern.

I'm kind of with the oppose team here. It's not that you're not good HG, i think it's a little too hurry and honestly i think we already have enough mod.

Could this promotion is done due to the fact that current mods spend less time moderating nowadays?

Honestly, I think the majority of mods on this site should be people who have skills in trainer making or programming. On that front, HG's a prime candidate. I have no problem with any of our current mods, but programming skills would make sense.

HG makes more sense as mod than, me, for example.

Honest Gamer was promoted to assist PWizard in moderating the title specific boards. If PWizard did not need extra help, no one would have been promoted and HonestGamer was promoted because PWizard felt he would be the best help.

I respectfully disagree. Trainer making and programming have nothing to do with being a moderator. If HG was promoted so he could work along Caliber, then yes, he certainly would've been a prime candidate.

But as it stands, moderating title-specific boards does not require any sort of skill in programming.
