I thought the first game was bad, for me. But it's successor is better. I'm actually planning to buy this.

I agree with you. Mercs 1 is still one of the best sandbox games. Mercs 2 sucked ... (stupid me that I pre-ordered that one )

I haven't been able to play the full game yet, but the demo gave me a taste of the insanity it holds. It has my vote!
