The reason why is because when i had win 7 64 bit ult. it runs ****ty for games, and when the kernal stops responding you can't crtl+alt+del your way out of it. You have to studown manually from the power button. Also hard to find drivers for win7 for my system. Sager NP9262 dual quad 8800m gtx.
