i heard there are 4 endings. how do i get them?

I can confirm i, ii, iv but not the third one.

Spoiler:

After you kill Eliphas, save your game, quit to main menu and then reload the mission from that save. It will work. It worked for me.

Also try playing either on low or medium graphic settings. Game is known to crash/freeze due to some graphical issues.
