it goes down for me, but only because i only turned it on the one time to max out my military grade ammo and turned it off thereafter figuring what am i gonna do with infinite money, the no reload cheat doesn't seem to work, which is frustrating when you're in the middle of a firefight.

ok i only have one thing with it and that is the arrows for the pump dartgun or what ever the inf. ammo dosnt work for the arrows and its like my fav. gun lol is anyone else the same way or is it just steam??

Sorry I'm late to the game as usual folks. I was having the same, "can't upgrade wepons" and shotgun reload problems. I'll have to start the game over and make sure to take the given weapons frist BEFORE buying anything new.
