Skating on ice seems to go rather easily for me. Although on my first time, I got a huge cut on my arm from the blade on the skate.
The level of incompetence in the above statement is simply staggering.

My knees don't work the same as they used to.
I know that's an absurd statement because knees bend one way, but they don't seem to move the same.
As a result, I used to be a good skater but I no longer am.
When my cousin said he rented a rink I assumed he meant ice. But it was a roller skating rink, and I was relieved.

The first time I went ice skating was when I was about 11 I think...maybe 10 I'm not sure.
Anyways I used the handle bar thing the for the first few laps and then took off shortly thereafter. I was going pretty fast for my first time!...ha...haha...ha
I've never been ice skating aside from playing hockey.
