hello everyone, i'm having a problem with the places of power side quest. i'm going to all the places of power & activating them but the quest doesn't complete. is there a certain sequence for activating them or what? thank u in advance.

No sequence that I have noticed, you might have missed one.

There are four locations, one of which can only be accessed when you get access to the Elven Alienage in Denerim (Which I assume is after you have to infiltrate Howe's estate in Denerim to rescue Queen Anora)
