I have tried to look all over the site for a customer service email or number to no avail. I made a profile and opted in for the unlimited yearly membership, my credit card was charged, but I still show up as free even though it has been a couple of hours. I received a confirmation of the amount, and checked my bank statement and the charge was placed. Can anyone please refer me to whom I need to speak to, or can an administrator provide me with any assistance? Thank you
Converting free membership into UNLIMITED is a manual procedure. So you got to have patience! Wait till 24 hours have passed by, and if you still haven't got your UNLIMITED membership, you may post a complaint.
But many times it takes more than 24 hours. But don't worry, you aren't getting scammed.
