Regarding the Trainer, Unlimited Health, Sand of Time; One....

I downloaded the trainer called asx-pop2 and did everything that is said to do. Now, I look like this ninja/demon character that kind of reminds me of the dark prince. Anyways, how to I change back? I didn't save while playing as the dark prince. Someone please help.

There is no dark prince in POP WW. And neither does the trainer have any options that make you dark prince/ninja/demon etc..

If you didn't save your then load from last check point.

well, I did some research and apparently I'm playing as Darkwrath. I don't know why. But, I tried using the trainer and now I can't load any of my save files. Should I uninstall the game and reinstall it again? Will that work?

At first you have to backup your savegames.{not the one you saved your game as Darkwrath}
Then,Uninstall the game and delete everything which is in your game folder.After that,Install the game,but DO NOT USE THE TRAINER.After installing the game,put your savegames in the place you picked them up and run the game.{Remember,Don't use the trainer at the first time you run the game}If the player was still Darkwrath,you have to start the game from the beggining.
