how do i get dev i have the non steam and loader.exe version please help me 🤔 🤔

you create a shortcut on your desktop or where you want it,
after that you edit ist properties to:

original as example:
target:
"E:\dow cr\Warhammer 40000 Dawn of War II - Chaos Rising\DOW2.exe"

change to:
"E:\dow cr\Warhammer 40000 Dawn of War II - Chaos Rising\DOW2.exe" -dev

then click ok and you got dev-mode

Perhaps this simply will not work with the "loader.exe" / pirated version of the game.

it does work. i don't know why it does not work for him but the version i had which was chaos rising pirate does not use loader.exe but a modified dow.exe, my advice get the game or

im gettin mine for $40 i tried to get the pirated version but sadly every single pirated vrsion i tried to download didnt work.

You should probably avoid talking about piracy here. NOCD is another way to discuss this guys.
