I thought it was just me. Seems like this is a new glitch. I completed all quests in 'the diMercante case' and didn't get the achievement 'master spy'. I also completed all quest in 'Scourge of the 7 seas' with well over 100,000 bounty on my head, but still did not unlock the achievements that went with that mission. I hope this glitch will be fixed!
