This game has a launcher.
I wonder if I change the money or something like health, will the launcher or server detect this thing to ban me ??

what you mean? well u can use the money cheat or cheat for items without to be afraid that you get banned i use it so many times and never get banned, its a single player game and not a Multiplayer game you only cheat youreself and no other
btw. dont mention about youre english, my english is much more worse then youres fron my typing skills i dont want to start talk about

Very true. If UbiSoft banned people for cheating on a single player game, they would have a $h!t$t0rm on their hands. You can use the trainer without any issue.

Anyway, the trainer, from my experience, adds the money legitly after you activate the option, so like you press it twice, the next time you pickpocket/steal from someone, the ammount that is shown would be something like "+2145" when it normally would be "+145". I dunno about how it adds like smoke bombs and bullets, cause ive like gotten 30 bullets using the trainer but then it went back down to 6 like normal.... wierd huh?

well the thing about the limit to 6 bullets or 20 throwing knives is scripted, so when you save and/or start a new mission you get maybe only this the max out of the items ubisoft make for the game, so if u add 30 poison or more and go to another area the game will load the max you can have
