    1. My OS is Win XP (sp3)
    2. I run NIS 2010, and Spyware Doctor
    3. Version 1.01 ME2

Ever since I switched from Nortan AntiVirus to NIS, I can't seem to run any trainers for any games.

I end up turning off (SONAR)Protection on NIS, otherwise it blocks and removes the exe file of the trainer, rendering it useless.

Even after I turn off parts of NIS, The trainer sill crashes and can't be retried unless I restart my pc.

    Any help would be appreciated.

If NAV or NIS is fingering your trainers, disable AntiVirus, AntiSpyware, SONAR Protection, and Insight Protection. Click on settings ( Just under "Leave Feedback" ), and under the Computer Settings tab, you should find a section titled EXCEPTIONS, which has two options: Scan exclusions and Signature Exclusions. Click on the [+Configure] next to Scan exclusions and add the trainer ( or folder, if you keep all your trainers in one place as I do ) to both exception lists. Once you've done that, click apply, restart Insight, Antivirus, Antispyware, and SONAR and you're good to go.

Tried it, although the trainer freezes. No "activated" after hitting F1. In order to attempt it again, I have to restart my PC, beause the trainer tells me that I am trying to access a file that I dont have permissions to.

    One idea.
If you use a Logitech keyboard, then you should check out the Logitech control center. That can really give you problems.
