Okay... So I downloaded the Bioshock 2 Trainer and put it in my trainers folder, however when D-click/R-click select run on the trainer Icon I near instantly get the message "Bioshock 2 Trainer has stopped working" and that's as far as I get.

I Downloaded the Napoleon: Total War Trained and recieved the same problem "Napoleon: Total War Trainer has stopped working". This stange because all my other CH Trainers are working fine, it's only these two new ones (so far - touch wood) that are not working.

Any ideas as to what could be wrong and yes I looked at and read what was written on the troubleshoot webpage.

Your AV or other security software is interfering. These trainers use a new security template.

Yeah... Well that does sound nice... Don't suppose you could remove the template or possibly use the old one, it's just that even if I add those trainers to Kaspersky's exclusions list... They still crash and so I kind of, maybe want them to work... Please?

Can exe cryptors be a solution to all these false postivies? I have read about these tools, they prevent a executable from getting detecting as a virus (Because of heuristics).

Exe Cryptors... False Postivies... Heuristics...

Sorry, Honest Gamer but if that was meant for me, then I haven't a clue what any of those are. . . . .

false positive means that an anti virus program will likely pick up the trainer as a key logger or trojan etc stopping it from working.

1) Exe cryptors: They are basically tools that encrypt the code of an executable, so most of the anti-viruses don't detect it as a virus.

2) False Positives: Even if a file is not a virus, an anti-virus detects it as a virus. This is the mostly due to heuristics.

3) Heuristics: Byte-checks by an Anti-Virus. It checks a file, byte-by-byte.

Note to IT wizards if they read this, correct me if I am wrong.

Oh... I understand now, but if I added them to the exclusions list wouldn't that have worked? I mean it worked for all those other trainers that were mistaken for spy-ware and viruses.
