disable/uninstall all AV, firewall, etc

I dont know if it helps or not but i had some problems with this trainer (crashes. no working options) I disable AV, FW, even my gdrivers) .. (btw original version of the game connected to the net winXP dual xeon... )When i accidently deactivated my anydvd software (slysoft) then everything worked fine. I cant really understand why anydvd will make any conflict with your trainer or the AssCrd2 (and yes it didnt error with any vr mount program ****... like if i had installed daemon tools.)is beyond my understanding!... If you have simiral problems try this it may help or not

Does this work for steam?

I have Win 7 32-bit. I have no firewall or AV software running. I have the Direct2Drive Deluxe Version. I have tried everything on the trainer troubleshooting page. Nothing helped and some things made the trainer even more non-functional. I haven't tried ALL, the keys, but the major feature I am looking for (Super Health) DOES NOT WORK! It doesn't matter when I press the key, i.e. what my health level is, I hear the sound, but there is no change to my health, visual or otherwise. Some of the keys (Add Money, Add Medicine) are working, which leaves me puzzled. I've tried a lot of your other trainers and the general work as advertised.

-Every- other key I have tried, works. I even tried remapping Super Health to a different key, but it STILL doesn't work.

Just got the steam version. Somehow with the trainer the game crashes after 5 minutes of playing.
And yes I have read the troubleshooting page.

I recently got the Steam version as well. No crashing, but nothing works. The trainer says "activated" at the main menu (but there's a weird delay), and the numpad works fine. Hitting the super health button, it says "on" but doesn't do anything. Same with money.

Current trainer is tested and working fine with the Steam game.

Read that page already. Somehow the game crashes after about 5 to 10 minutes with the trainer activated and no cheats on.
Got the steam version btw.
Tried disabling the internet when playing, but that doesnt help.
