Having issues with the trainer, specifically, super health doesn't seem to persist past level changes, the health bar resets to halfway and graphically remains there, but whatever it's using for keeping track of health internally acts as normal, meaning you take damage as normal.
well that only happen when u fail in a mission or change clothing/color or items, like swords, try the following, when u fail a mission hit within a second the "Numpad+3" key when u did it fast it will give u after the resnc the full health, when its done use "Numpad+3" key again, when u have the low bar again, hit "Numpad+3" key, fix youre health with the medicin in youre inventory and when its full hit "Numpad+3" key again. i think its normal that when u do a level change that the bullets, medicine, bombs, poison will be set to the max u can store in youre pocket/inventory.

don´t mention it, thats for what the forum is for just a small info too, dont use "Super Damage" on target that are part of the mission (blue arrow) would only bring you to the trouble that u need to start the mission again
I reckon Add Throwing Knives is a good option, a nice mid range weapon before the hidden knife pistol upgrade that you get in Sequence 9. The San Marco tomb trials are pretty easy compared to Visitazione's Secret, the last Assassin's tomb in Venice. The only thing is the timer running out, unless the timer is scripted, i reckon stopping the time would be good too, i havent tried the DNA Time stop during the Secrets. Could someone try it and see if the timer stops during the Secret missions?
i tried the timer thingy at the first assassins tomb in venecia but there it dosn´t work so i think it wouldn´t work at the last one.. but well i´ve you know how to, u can handle all the tombs easy.. im currently at the third run of the game, this time to find all the treasures and feathers, or what ever it is called in the english version

i also support a throwing knives addition;
also an unseen/ignore mode would be fun;
some kind of moonjump could also be a lot of fun indeed...
maybe also a removal of the "no innocents" rule; it seems now you are allowed to kill 2 innocents, the third one (in shorter succession) will cause you to desynchronize..maybe that number can be locked?
concerning the health otion right now it seems it freezes the health at 3 and a half (if i remember correctly now..) health..err.squares...
some falls cause you to lose more than 3 so you die, also upgrading armor for example sets you back to the 3 and a half ones...maybe there is a way to freeze this at a higher amount, so higher falls wont kill you...unfortunately this might break the game when you start off, but maybe its something the trainer masters can look into )
all in all again a very nice trainer, as always worth having a subscription
