If the trainers aren't working for a particular version/language of the game, in less than an hour you can have a character with all stats maxed, all skills maxed, and as much money as you want simply by using the SQL Browser to edit the stats in the database, and use Artmoney or CheatFinder or CoSMOS to edit the money and skillpoint values as someone said earlier in the thread.
