The guy who wrote one of the savegame editors for the first one also made one such utility for the sequel, I don't understand German all that well (US/EU release TBD and a expansion is in the works as well so probably Q4 or even 2011 at best.) so I don't have the game (Plus import costs although not that bad and the current translation project is still very based on auto-translation although seems to improve steadily.)

The guy just wrote that "Drakensang: River of Time" Savegames are (still) SQlite Database Files (like they were in "Drakensang" ), so the savegames can be manipulated with a SQlite Database Browser, which should be relatively easy to do.
Basically any SQlite Browser/Editor should do to manipulate savegame files.
