Yep!
Once your sim is pregnant, open the cheat bar. (Press Ctrl+Shift+C)
Type in forcetwins
It should work after that! :]

i also heard by eating watermelons and apples defines the gender of the offspring...is it true??

Yeah it's worked for me at least, I think if I remember correctly apples is for boys.

For multiple babies you have to do this. Go to the supermarket and buy 2 apples (if you want twin boys) or 2 watermelons (if you want twin girls). Eat them in a row, no interruptions (talking, dancing etc..) and now you just have to wait and see...
