Now how to add all weapons and what file should it be under?

You will need a Coalecend editorfrom social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/106/index/834703/1.
Using MJALowe method.
Open the Compiler. Under the BIOimput tab create a new string Naming it Bindings Then copy/paste the portion of the MJALowe's post starting with "(Name=" into a epty feild to the right, compile start the game and press 5 to have all upgrades and weapons or only weapons if you choose.

Using "My"(not exactly i simply dont know who came up with it first) method.

In the same compiler under BIOGame tab find SFXGame.SFXPlayeSquadLoadoutData and make adjastments from my post on page 2 of this thread. Compile and play. After getting the normandy simply go to armory and choose your weapons.

All of this changes are retroactive so you can use them in the old games also.

I can't even figure it out, i just want the M-76 Revenant Light Machine Gun badly

what's your class?
If your class doesn't have machine gun training, you can just add any desired weapon to your class, just remember not to have over 4 weapons.
And if you have the light machine gun training, then you could just edit it.

it should look like this- UnlockPlotName=Wpn_AssaultRifle2 1) You should now have the M-76 Revenant Machinegun in your weapons locker on the Normandy after you pick up the needler assault rifle, when you recruit garrus .also check the weapons locker when you go down stairs it should be able to get it then.
Your Squad will be able to use as well

So let me get this straight, it can only work when i pick up Garrus not before right? also this needler assault rifle is really the M-15 Vindicator Battle Rifle you refer to again, right?
