    Hi everyone!

I write this topic to tell you the problem I had last week and how I solved it.
The problem concerns Trainers, the Offline Key file or the Offline Key Request Tool (I still don´t know which one caused the problem) running under Windows Xp 64Bits.

    My PCs context:
PC 1 (this is the PC I use for gaming and working and I need it free of viruses):
    Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 2.6GHz FSB1333 MHz L2 Cache 4MB
    Asus P5KC Motherboard
    RAM 4GB DDR2 667MHz
    ATI Sapphire HD2600XT
    O.S. Windows XP Professional SP1 64Bits Edition
    Antivirus: ESET Smart Security 4.0.314
    NO INTERNET CONNECTION

PC 2 (this is the PC I use to connect to the internet):
    Intel Pentium 4 2.4GHz
Intel Motherboard (I don´t remember the model XD)
    RAM 1GB DDR 300MHz
    ATI Radeon 9550 256MB
    O.S. Windows XP Professional SP2 32Bits Edition
    Antivirus: ESET Smart Security 4.0.314
    WITH INTERNET CONNECTION

Both computers are connected each other with a RJ45 jack.

    Trainer
Divinity 2: Ego Draconis 1.3.15.107 version

Well, I had downloaded a personalized trainer for "Divinity 2: Ego Draconis" 1.3.15.107 version with the PC 2 and transfered it to the PC 1, but when I run it a message appears telling me that internet connection or an offline key is needed in order to run the trainer. Then I downloaded the Offline Key Request Tool with the PC 2 and tranfered it to the PC 1 to create a code and it gave me a strange one (something like 02-02-02-02-02-02-02-02-02-02--02-0-2-02). I kept going on and I copied that code to a .txt file, transfered it to the PC 2 and used that code int the .txt file in the cheathappens.com´s OFFLINE TRAINER AUTHENTICATION section and I downloaded the key. Then I transfered the key to the PC 1 and pasted it in the same folder the trainer was (no shortcuts), but the same messasge appears. Then I asked for help and PWizard told me to deactivate the AV and any security programs I had because they probably were interfering the trainer to communicate with the key file (this seems to be a very common issue, sometimes AV and security programs cause many more problems that the ones they solve XD). Ok, so I deactivated the AV, the windows´ firewall and the network connection with my PC 2 in PC 1 (I deactivated every non-microsoft service and application indeed using msconfig), rebooted my system and I tried again...but the same message still appeared, so I supposed that AV, security programs and Windows´ Firewall were not the reason for my problem. I told this to PWizard, and he answer me to try executing the trainer as Administrator because it could be an O.S. permissions problem, so I try to run it as Administrator (you know, richt click on the trainer, execute as...), but the same result, so I reboot my system, and run Windows logged as Administrator, but the same result too.
Then I tried to do the same in the PC 2, so I downloaded a new personalized trainer and create a new code with the Offline Key Request Tool using it in my PC 2 (and it gave me a code like this: 7C66D-C6C3B-53726-AA5CA-72AB1-61A09-1218). I introduced that code in the cheathappens.com´s OFFLINE TRAINER AUTHENTICATION section and I downloaded the offline key for my PC 2. I pasted both trainer and new key file in the same folder, run the trainer and it worked without showing that message and the AV and security programs were activated!. So it was evident for me that Windows XP 64Bits was the reason of my poblem.
I couldn´t connect my PC 1 to the internet because my Network Card is a Wireless USB Adapter and there aren´t drivers for Windows XP 64Bits, so I decided to format C: in my PC 1 (this was the last straw! I was boring of all the incompatibility problems Windows XP 64Bits has) and installed Windows XP Professional SP2 32Bits, with all the drivers, but I didn´t install any AV or security programs, and connected the PC 1 to the internet. Then I run again the trainer with the same key file as before, and it showed me that message. Then I logged in on cheathappens.com and tried again, and the same result, so I decided to create a new key, I run the Offline Key Request Tool in the PC 1 and it gave me a code like 5B47F-D4D2A-72534-B84EB-53DA3-73C28-4335, and I entered that code in the cheathappens.com´s OFFLINE TRAINER AUTHENTICATION section and I downloaded the new offline key, put both trainer and new key in the desktop and...THE TRAINER BEGAN TO RUN without showing the message. At the begining with the internet connection activated, but then I removed phisically the network card and it´s running without it .

So my conclusion is that there is an incompatibility problem with the Windows XP 64Bits. I don´t know if the reason is that the trainer can´t identificate the key file running under that O.S., or if the Offline Key Request Tool has an incompatibility problem with that O.S. because it gaves me that strange codes like 02-02-02-02-02-02-02-02-02-02--02-0-2-02 and these codes seems to work, but you download a bad key file or something like this, I really don´t know, but I wasn´t able to run the personalized trainer with the offline key under Windows XP 64Bits, but I had no problem to run them under XP 32Bits doing the same steps.

I hope this information can help someone else in the future. And remember: DO NOT install Windows XP 64Bits Edition, there are many programs and games which can´t be used with that O.S., I tried Windows XP 64Bits for 1 year and, as I said before, I was really bored because of the great amount of incompatibilities and problems it causes. It´s worthless..

    See you guys!
