it use to happen to me too but cheat 7 seems to have fixed it. in previous version i had to disable the unlimited move before "end of turn" otherwise units in boats would get stuck.

One Day I'll remember to turn off the auto-update!
Version 7 is out of date within 9 days its stupid, I swear steam only update to **** off CH and its members lol
Eagerly awaiting version 8 and now with auto update turned off
