outside of rivet city if you look to the right when you fast travel there, there is a lil bridge that leads up to a door that cant be unlocked unless you have a lockpick sckill of 100 who or wats behind it?? im at 90 so if no one knows ill check wen i level up

Pinkerton is there. It's a shortcut if you have a high lockpick skill, to get the optional objective to get information on Rivet City for Moira. If you don't have a 100 skill, go underwater on the bow side and find a door to go inside.

you can find pinkerten wich lets you solve 2 quests

Pinkerton is used for two quest for the wasteland survival guide and the replicated man quest...
