For those folks who have been searching around, look no further, here is a list of all the N7 mission locations! I won't tell you what the missions are though, just where they are!

Cluster - System - Planet:
1) Cresent Nebula - Zalene - Helyme
2) Cresent Nebula - Lusarm - Tarith
3) Omega Nebula - Fathat - Lorek
4) Minos Wasteland - Fortis - Aequitas
5) Caleston Rift - Talava - Taitus
6) Caleston Rift - Solveig - Sinmara
7) Sigurd's Cradle - Skepsis - Franklin
8) Hades Nexus - Sheol - Gei Hinnom
9) Hourglass Nebula - Ploitari - Zanethu
10) Hourglass Nebula - Faryar - Daratar
11) The Shrike Abyssal - Xe Cha - Zada Ban
12) Pylos Nebula - Nariph - MSV Broken Arrow
13) Pylos Nebula - Dirada - Canalus

The two mission locations below are the starting places for two different missions chains (3-mission long sub-stories):

1) Eagle Nebula - Amun - Neith
2) Rosetta Nebula - Enoch - Joab

Some of the clusters won't be accessible until you purchase star charts on Illium while others won't be accessible until the main story progresses a bit further. I would tell you which, but I don't remember - plus it's a little bit more fun for you to find out!!
