Here, Win7Ult.64bit, orig. AvP (AT Ver.) the CH Trainer (patch#6) crashs every time i kill an Alien (with Marines)...
AV off, Firewall+inet off..

In a rare case the Trainer worked without crashing after kill an Alien, but crashs at the end of the level everytime...

I'm sure it must be annoying as hell to have everyone asking you all the time, but is it possible for you to remove the crash at the elevator after you hold out at the club (and any others beyond it)? Running on Windows Vista 32-bit and playing STEAM downloaded version, DX9 since graphics card is incompatible with DX11, no problems with AV or priveleges, trainer works perfect apart from the cheat checks. I have seen a downloadable save file unlocking all missions or something, I will try downloading and using it to see if I can then play without the crashes. If the problems persist, then I'm not sure what else to do.

Appreciate everything you guys have done for this hazardous game.

I have a simple question?
I just bought the game and can't figure out what version I have and yes it was through steam, the EXE when i mouse over it says 1.0.0.0 but I'm not sure if that is the game version or not. I have tried trainer for orignal steam and the patch 6 trainer. the orignal works to the point i hear the voice Trator Activated and patch 6 says it cant find my game despite me putting it in the game folder.

PS. I didn't read through All the post made here as there are 15 or more pages worth so i do Apoligise if this has been asked and answered before.

So, does the Patch #6 trainer trump DX11? Or vice versa? I'm going to be playing DX11, so I'm assuming I should be playing with the Patch #5 trainer?

Oh, guess what? There's a Patch #6 DX11 trainer on CheatScapes. Guess we won't see it here.

STEAM games patch automatically unless told otherwise (even then they magically refuse to listen to me and update anyway sometimes) But I have found a way around the crashes for achievements if it helps, I have had no other problem with the game other than my graphics card crapping out (driver malfuction due to intensity). When playing nightmare, it is impossible avoid achievement crashes unless you already achieved them, go hard then replay, because achievements are not earned after that except for finishing the game on whatever campaign (assuming you have all the other, excluding the Nightmare one). Use the trainer as you normally would and start a new game on hard, play the game up until it crashes because of an achievement, then reload the game, open trainer, but don't activate it (even if you don't activate options, trainer is detected and game crashes). Load the last checkpoint, and play from there, the super health hack should stil be working due to, what I believe to be, the health variables being saved on a save file as, whatever the trainer sets them to. When starting a new mission, health reverts to normal, so repeat this process and then finish the rest of a level without trainer. Then play again on Nightmare (if you give a damn about playing the game again for the achievement). All trainer options can be used now since all the achievements for passing a point/mission have been gained. Fly through the levels and play last level normally, since Nightmare has no checkpoints and mission is restarted upon death/crashing, health hack will always lose effect, manually saving does not change this. It will be hell (I imagine) to play any of the last levels on nightmare, but do your best. Hoping this helps, also hoping that made sense.

I cannot get this trainer to activate. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps. I run this as administrator and nothing happens when I press F1. I've tried all the versions of the trainer. I even tried the promo from cheatscapes. The other psych trainer promo activated, but crashed the game. The CH trainer for this game will not activate no matter what I try. I need some help figuring this out.

I can't get it to work no matter what: windows 7 64-bit.

I tried DX9 and I tried DX11, they don't work at all.

F1 does work, but as soon as I get into the game, the screen blanks out like as if it's messing with the graphics logic instead of cheating logic...

Sounds like a possible hardware/software or possible graphics-driver problems. Second guess would be the fact that your using a 64-bit system, which shouldn't really be a problem, but I hear it's a really unstable system. I sincerely doubt it is anything to do with Windows 7, but that's my opinion.
