I just got the game and for some reason every one in a while there is this very anoying performance decrease like game lagg becaus the sound all so bugs, but i know this is not a frame issues since my whole computer slighty lags after that and i have restarter my pc even decresed graphics to low and still it's happening. pls help

What are your system specs? Also - what mode are you running it in? DX11 or DX9? I have a Core 2 Quad 6600, 4GB RAM, Win 7 64-bit and a GTX260 gfx card and when I go into DX11 mode, it feels like it skips n' studders. Try turning some of your graphics settings down; try DX9 mode (which works flawlessly for me).

Well all I can suggest is lower your setting and run under DX9 (As I read).

Crysis is old now. Your 8800 will only run AvP on medium settings.

Crysis is old now. Your 8800 will only run AvP on medium settings.
Crysis may be old...But it needed a modern rig to run on high.

I have similar problems. The alien campaign drops the framerate terribly and the cutscenes have no sound. Marine and preditor are smooth though. I'm running it on xp (high settings).
