Well it seems that now I can't get the BioShock 2 trainer to work at all. I had this problem with ME2, now I have it with BioShock 2. I was sincerely hoping that it was an isolated incident, but as it turns out it happened again. I just don't understand why it doesn't work, I run a W7 32-bit, I don't have an AV (uninstalled and deleted it), shut down Firewall, Windows Defender and even UAC, ran in admin mode, compatibility mode W XP SP2 and 3, everything I was ever told or anything I could think of. Still nothing. I have no idea what else to do... I mean the only thing now would be for me to revert to Windows XP OS and see if that works. Because the way this is going my trainer using days will come to a stop
    Ayy lmao

You'll have to be more specific about 'doesnt work at all'. You can't run it? You can't press F1? You can't press numpad keys, etc.

I click the trainer, 3 second pause, Windows Problem Reporting shows up, I choose "Close program", trainer process stays for a while in the Task Manager.

Definitely something not mixing well with our new trainer template. No idea what it might be other than some background service or process.

That something is really getting on my nerves. I will explore a little, to see if anything can be changed or done.
But if I don't find anything would you recommend changing my OS from W7 to XP, as a last resort of course? I don't think that any Windows XP users might have had this problem so it might be safe to assume that whatever program it is, it's somewhat usual for W7.

Seconded. Open task manager and go to processes. End the ones running under your username one by one (Except for explorer) until the trainer works. If that doesn't do it, then I'm stumped.

Don't close anything running under Local Service, Network Service, or System.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I guess you are stumped... and so am I.
